These are USED, and the nickel plating has tarnished, so they look ugly, but are fully functional.
The appearance could be better, or a bit worse than the one pictured.
Standard snap latch as found on the rear of the older pins.
Used to hold the head upright while you secure the mounting bolts.
Found in all older tabletop and upright arcade games, such as Ms.pac-man.
Used to hold control panel and/or service door access in position.
